Admin
- Added the ability for Admins to delete email and webchat messages from conversations on the Overview > Conversations page.
- Added the ability for Admins to delete notes from conversations on the Overview > Conversations page.
- Added the ability for Admins to release outbound numbers at the end of the agreed period, without having to wait for the default six months to elapse.
- Settings queue announcements will now create an event in the audit log.
- Agents in Outbound using the Next contact, Skip & Remove, and End call buttons will create an event in the audit log.
- Fixed a problem with multi factor authentication for users in certain regions.
Outbound
- Fixed a problem for agents with call blending active, and the setting to receive calls on any page active. Calls will no longer be routed to these agents if they are on the Away page and are unable to answer calls, as intended.
Omni
- Fixed a recent problem with manual calls: calling a number that is busy the call can now be correctly closed again.
- If a message has been deleted by an Admin, agents will see a placeholder event in the conversation history.
