MFA
- Users with multifactor authentication enabled can now click to remember their login on their current device. If they do so, they will not be prompted for secondary identification for 30 days.
Admin
- Added the ability for administrators and managers to update the content of notes added to conversations in Omni. In the Overview page's Conversations subpage, when an Admin opens a note they can edit and save it.
- When an Admin updates the password for a user, that user will be automatically logged out. Added a note to the change password dialog to that effect.
- Refreshed the dialog in the Overview page's Deals subpage when adding or editing a comment, making it more consistent with the Admin account's current style.
- Refreshed the dialog in the Overview page's Agents, Agent groups, Office and Projects subpages when sending a message to an agent or group, making it more consistent with the Admin account's current style.
- In the Project settings new section, Number selection logic, added defaults for Number for first call and Outbound call id selection.
Outbound
- Added information about any existing callback for a contact to its contact card. Depending on the settings for your project, this information will either appear with a yellow border in the Callbacks area of the contact card, or with a red border at the top of the contact card.
Omni
- Made the behaviour of the manual contact button for creating new emails more consistent. The email will always add the new conversation to your Active list, instead of occasionally opening in a separate dialog.
- Fixed a problem with search timeouts that could sometimes affect adding notes to the search result, meaning the note would be lost when saved.
- Fixed a heading when scrolling webchats, meaning agent has access to buttons to close the chat without having to scroll.
