Number selection
As described in Outbound number settings the outbound number settings in Projects have been moved to their own new section Number selection logic, located before the Outcomes section. This allows you to:
- Select the outbound numbers or number groups to be used in this project.
- Select the number to be used for the first call to a contact in this project.
- Select the default behaviour for further calls to the contact.
Project Flow
This release sees an overhaul to the Project Flow interface making it even easier to get a visual overview of your project's outcomes and their actions. This a summary of some of the changes in this version of Project Flow:
- Each action is shown in a compact node, allowing more to be seen on screen at once.
- New icons for different types of outcome and action nodes.
- Global outcomes will show their shortcut key, if set.
- Hidden global outcomes are now grouped under a single Hidden outcomes node.
- Groups of outcomes are now shown.
- When renaming outcomes, the original name will be shown.
- Confirmation when deleting actions.
- Improved handling of actions that move the contact to a new list which is itself associated with a project.
Omni
- Fixed a problem with Set to another contact for calls. This will now correctly update information on the History page.
- Fixed a recent issue with call recordings where outbound calls were not being correctly recorded when made from the Outbound page's Contact list tab or the History tab.
- Fixed a recent issue with call recordings for inbound calls where the recording would start even when the project setting set that recording should start paused.
Admin
- It is now possible to delete a project even if it has callbacks associated with it, as expected.
- Reworked the Agent skills dialog, making the Points field easier to see and set.
- The user account field Default outbound number will now show as expected, instead of being hidden if a certain set of feature flags are enabled.
- Changing the office a team leader has access to will now remove their access to the previous office, as intended.
- Updated the handling of webchats in the Linear view version of the contact history.
Outbound
- The time stamp on orders created during a call is now at the time the order is created, not at the time of the call start, so multiple orders in the same call can and will have different time stamps.
- Fixed a problem with the timing recorded for simulated calls where the computer's local time is different from the LeadDesk region setting.
Talk
- New improved banner lets agents know if they have received a ban from inbound calls, and how to remove the ban themselves.
- The call button in Talk can no longer be double-clicked, creating multiple calls in the call log table.
Original API
- The phone number is no longer mandatory when adding contacts with the API.
