Omni
- If a note has been edited, agent can now hover over it to see when the note was edited and by whom.
- The phonebook will now only show entries associated with the agent's office. If the agent is not defined with an office, they will only see phonebook entries likewise associated with no office.
- It is now possible to add notes without adding a note category, if no note categories have been defined.
- Agents can now correctly assign an outcome to calls picked up from the Callbacks list.
- Fixed a problem where agents were able to edit contact details in fields the Admin had defined as no-editable for a project.
- Fixed a problem with contacts who have activity in a conversation across multiple projects. Agents searching for these contacts will be able to open their history normally even if they have access to only some of the projects involved.
- Fixed an issue with transferring calls to other projects that could result in an agent not being able to close the call on their active list if they did not have access to the new project.
Admin
- For Admins with access to the Invoicing page, added a shortcut to it in the user's menu. Click the
icon in the top right of the Admin screen to access the Invoicing shortcut.
- The Office drop-down in the Inbound > Agent specific greetings page will now be remembered if you navigate away and return.
Stagelight
- The drop-down lists for Office and Project are now searchable, and for clients with long lists, they are loaded in batches, making the initial response much quicker.
- Fixed a problem that had been causing Stagelight to show no agents for a few seconds after opening.
- If the computer goes to sleep, Stagelight will now update as expected after it wakes up.
Outbound
- Fixed a timing issue that could, in some extremely rare cases, result in call start times getting recorded as after the call end time.
Talk
- Fixed a problem where the agent could be timed out while on a call, meaning they could not select an outcome and the call length was missing from the history.
