Admin
- Admins using the Search (Beta) page can now scroll any of the tooltips whose contents are too long.
Omni
- Several quality of life improvements for handling calls in Omni. Agents can now move between pages of the interface even when they have an active call. Agents can see a green dot next to the Inbound page in the left-hand menu if they currently have a call active.
- Fixed a problem with editing callbacks that could lose the callback comment when switching the type from Private to Public.
- Fixed a rare case where, after adding a search result to the active list, the agent could be missing the Close button.
- Fixed an issue with updating notes.
Outbound
- Agents can now edit callback details for private callbacks assigned to them, even if they no longer have access rights to the project associated with that callback.
