Admin
- Admins can now set a timer in a project's Callback settings to Send the agent a reminder about upcoming private callback. The reminder can be 3, 5, 15 or 30 minutes before the callback is due.
Outbound
- If enabled, agents now receive notifications about upcoming private callbacks. These notifications are not for overdue callbacks which will still be shown in the normal way.
- Added a notification when the browser can't access the microphone and calls cannot be made.
Omni
- Using the search will no longer show messages that have not been accepted by an agent yet, as intended.
- Fixed a problem with the {callback.time} tag in canned messages showing the incorrect time.
- Fixed an edge case so agents can accept an offered contact, even If the contact were merged to another contact in the meantime.
Talk
- Fixed a problem that could occur when using the CTI for Salesforce and minimising the Talk window. When Talk is un-minimised, it will display correctly.
