Omni
- Agents can now record (or upload) greetings that will be automatically played to a caller when the agent accepts a call associated with a particular project. For more information see Recording project greetings.
- Fixed a problem with transferring messages to another queue, where the old message could be shown again when the agent accepted a new message.
- Message templates that use the {callback.time} tag in canned messages will now display the correct time.
- Fixed an issue where HTML could be used in replies even when using plain text.
Admin
- Added a new subpage of the Inbound page called Agent specific greetings, letting Admins review and manage agent greetings. See Managing agents' project greetings.
- Improved reporting of conference calls to the database.
- Removed the Queue setting Announcement when agent picks up the call as this function is superseded by agent greetings.
Outbound
- Fixed an issue where the timer on the Inbound page of the Outbound interface could report a different length of time than was recorded in the agent's activity in the Admin's reports.
