Limited release: These release notes are relevant only to clients using this specific release. Most clients only need the information in the release notes for release 25.x.
You can always see which release of LeadDesk you are using by checking the URL when you have LeadDesk open. In this example, the user is on release 25.10, and this release note would not be relevant.
Release 10.29
Agent
- The Inbound page's Overview of queues will display as intended, even if the agent has no active cases.
- The Inbound page's Queues tab will now display empty as intended, when the agent has no access rights to projects or assigned queues.
- If a call is transferred to a third party and then returns to the queue, the call will be returned to the original agent, if they are available.
- After adding a number to a conference call manually, agent will also be able to add a number from the drop-down list phonebook, as expected.
Admin
- Admins can now define keyboard shortcuts to manage conference calls. A function key can now be created to let agents place a caller on hold, or leave the conference call, letting the call continue without them. See the article Creating keyboard shortcuts for Omni.
- Improved call reporting for Länsilinkki customers.
