As well as security updates, this release includes:
Admin
- New setting for Unanswered call outcomes in projects: Admins can now select an SMS template that will be sent to the contact when the outcome is used.
- The Contact Management tool's Last outcome filter now works as expected with Unanswered call outcomes.
Talk and CTI
- Extended the cookie lifetime for agents using CTI to prevent agents timing out too quickly.
- Fixed a recent issue with some call recordings for Talk. The link will now be properly generated and the recording can be reviewed as intended.
- Fixed an issue with inbound calls for Zendesk CTI, agents will receive calls after their first, as intended.
