Limited release: These release notes are relevant only to clients using this specific release. Most clients only need the information in the release notes for release 25.x.
You can always see which release of LeadDesk you are using by checking the URL when you have LeadDesk open. In this example, the user is on release 25.10, and this release note would not be relevant.
Release 10.28
Agent
- Updated the call interface when agents receive calls, removing the call dialog and moving the call controls to the Active column. For more information, see the support article Changes to the interface for handling calls in Omni.
The call dialog is only removed for calls on the Inbound page, calls created on, say, the History page will still see it. - Overhaul of the conference call function in Omni. See Changes to the conference call interface
- Improvements to the way the End call, Close and Close with outcomes buttons work.
- Fixed a rare case where agents were unable to move emails to a a different contact using Set another contact.
Admin
- Admins can now define a function key to let agents log out, and to add someone to or remove someone from a conference call. See the article Creating keyboard shortcuts for Omni.
