Release 10.27
Admin
- A new setting for projects allows you to set inbound calls to be automatically answered when offered to an agent. The setting can be found in the new Inbound settings section of the project.
- When creating Queue groups, a new setting, Hide individual queues in queue group, lets you choose not to show all of the queues in a group to agents who have access to choose the queues they serve. Agents will still be able to opt in or out of the group, but not individual queues within the group.
- A new option in Global settings lets you assign certain actions to function keys in the agent interface. Currently, you can choose a function key to mute the call, or to stop/start inbound.
- Fixed an issue that prevented creating new message templates.
- Calls with no call recording associated will no longer show a play icon in the Calls page.
Agent
- Manual calls, emails and SMS will now display their conversation ID correctly in the agent's History page, as intended.
- Conversations offered to the agent but rejected will no longer appear on the agent's History page.
- Calls with no call recording associated will no longer show a play icon in the History page.
- Agents will not be prompted about mandatory categories for webchats when there are already categories applied.
In addition, updates from Release 25.10 through to 25.13 are now included.
