- Fixed a problem with email attachments that had meant agents couldn't download single attachments unless they had marked the message as read.

- Corrected a problem with the unanswered call results where creating multiple outcomes all starting with consecutive call numbers could prevent the project saving correctly.
Talk
- Revisited the call state of agents who stop and start inbound while on a call. As expected, the agent will not be marked as available for calls if they are still on a call.
