Admin
- As a development of the unanswered calls feature introduced in release 25.8, when defining the Outbound number to use for the next call, you can now select from:
- Use same number - to make the next call using the same outbound number as the current call.
- Select number based on project setting - to follow the rule set in the Optional settings.
- Specific outbound number. This must be one of the numbers selected in the Optional settings.
This selection can be made for outcomes for both answered and unanswered calls.
- Fixed a problem with Global outcomes where changes to some settings for an outcome were not saved if Visible in projects was not ticked.
- Fixed an issue where some agent activity could incorrectly be associated with agents with an id of 0. Agent activity will now be recorded with the correct agent id as intended.
Omni
- Improved validation of email addresses when sending emails. Invalid Unicode characters had previously caused problems if included, and are now removed from email addresses.
AI Transcriber
- Admins viewing call transcripts from stereo call recordings will now see the sentence highlighted in the transcript, with the current individual word in bold.
AI Dialer
- The target Drop rate for AI Dialer robots can now be set as low are 0.3% or 0.1%.
