Admin
- Added a new setting to the Global settings page in a new Order settings section. Click to untick Finalize a contact when order is created if you do not want orders to automatically finalise contacts.
- Updated the Project web addresses so that all of them correctly handle the tag {ld_client_auth}. Previously, this only worked for the first two web addresses.
Outbound
- Fixed a problem with inbound calls from other projects which was preventing using the phonebook correctly.
- Updated the Callbacks and Products tab so they display correctly for all projects.
- Fixed a problem when creating callbacks if the LeadDesk client is set for one time zone, but the agent's workstation is set for another. Previously, this could result in the date of the callback being recorded incorrectly.
Omni
- Fixed an issue where agents could double-click to take ownership of messages directly from the queues. This sometimes caused multiple messages to be picked up or merged. Agents can no longer double-click to take ownership on the queues page.
- Agents can now scroll through the list of recipients for a message as intended.
