Outbound
- If a call fails in progressive dialing mode because the number is invalid, it will now finalise that contact and automatically move to the next contact in the list without requiring agent action.
- If the project is set to show all call attempts in the agent contact history, fixed a problem where calls were not being correctly added to events table in the Comment tab.
- All calls will open on the Contact tab as intended, (unless the Admin has changed this preference in the project settings), instead of remembering the tab you were on for the last contact.
Admin
- Updated the way the Conversations page shows conversations that have been transferred as part of their history. The Inbound source column will now continue to display the original source, even after a transfer.
- It is again possible to correctly update the working times for your call robots, as intended.
- Improvements to creating call robots to avoid accidentally creating multiple robots.
- Added validation for creating LeadLink inbound routes to prevent creating names with invalid characters.
Stagelight
- Improvements to performance and stability of Stagelight for clients with large numbers of projects and agents.
Omni
- When searching for a contact, clicking Show more in the contact results will show more of the contact details, as intended.
- When dealing with a webchat with a customer, removed the text "webchat visitor is typing", instead relying only on the typing indicator.
- Fixed a problem with external web pages included into Omni which were not always reloading correctly when switching between conversations.
- If an agent marks themselves as Away when a call is about to be offered to them, that call may still appear in their call history in both Admin and the Agent interface. No calls will be added to the logs for that agent otherwise while they remain away.
Several improvements for agents working with LeadLink conversations:
- Added the LeadLink name to the information bubble in the contact history.
- Agents responding to a LeadLink message will no longer have to click finalise twice.
- Fixed a problem with LeadLink that occurred when two agents were working on separate conversations for the same contact. The LeadLink will now only open automatically for the agent who owns that conversation. It will still be visible in the contact history for all agents.
Talk
- The Passive screen will only appear after five minutes without calls, as intended.
- Added two custom fields to the information Talk passes about the outcome the agent selected to better handle localisation of the outcome.
