Release in progress: This release is in the process of being rolled out. It can take several working days before it is available to all clients. This note will be removed when this release is available to all.
Admin
- Created a new filter in the Contact Management page which allows you to filter contact lists based on call attempts made. If Call attempts made, min is set to 2, for example, the filter will select all contacts that have been called at least twice. For an overview of the contact management tool see this article.
- Updated inbound routes for webchat to better handle multiple suffixes in the domain (for example, .co.uk).
- Copying an agent with profiles attached will now correctly copy the agent's profiles.
- Fixed a problem on the Overview page's Inbound queues subpage that could lead to the number of pages not showing correctly.
- Fixed a problem where creating new users could give a JavaScript error.
Outbound
- Agents can now call contacts from the Orders page even if the contact list or project associated with the contact is archived or disabled. This works as long as the project for the order is still active, allowing agents to follow up with the contact long after the order was made. If the contact's contact list or project is deleted you will still not be able to call.
- Fixed a rare problem with larger manuscripts which could result in data entered into the manuscript resetting shortly after an agent enters it.
- Fixed a problem that could occur if an Admin switches off contact list selection for a project when one or more agents have already selected a contact list.
Omni
- Agents working on queues which give a notification before agents can send messages will be able to wake up snoozed conversations as intended.
