As well as security updates, this release includes:
Omni
- Added font selection and bulleted lists to the email editor in Omni.
- If enabled by Admins for a message queue (see below), agents will see a reminder when sending a message to check that the message does not include sensitive personal information. Additionally, this may require a password to send.
Admin
- New AI Transcriber now available in Limited Beta. You can move through the call by clicking on the transcription.
If you want to activate the AI Transcriber, please contact your CSM. This feature is currently in Beta.
- Added a new option to Message queues, Notification before agent can send a message, which will let you define a reminder for agents before sending messages to check that no sensitive information is being sent accidentally. (see above).
Outbound
- Updated behaviour of progressive and preview calling when there are no available contacts to call in the contact lists. Agent is prompted to click a button to call as soon as a number becomes available (either because more contacts are added, to existing waiting periods end).
Stagelight
- Fixed a rare problem that could occur when grouping Stagelight by Office.
Original API
- Added the parameter order to the commands for adding and modifying contacts, allowing you to specify if the contact should be added first or last to the contact list, or first_in_campaign, among other options. Defaults to last.
