As well as security updates, this release includes:
Stagelight
- Admins can now open the contact card for the contact an agent is dealing with. This card is read only.
Outbound
- Added a Today button when editing a callback, allowing you to change the date of the callback more quickly.
- If an Admin has changed the price of a product, editing an order from before the change will not automatically update the price in the order. The price agreed when the deal was made will be kept, as intended, unless the agent edits the price.
- If an agent uses a call ending reason that creates an empty order after recording multiple voice receipts, all voice receipts will now be available, as intended.
Omni
- The Project web address and External URL settings now support JWT parameter, increasing the range of potential integrations.
- Agents will now be able to open LeadLink information in a contact's history, even if they were not the agent involved with the LeadLink. Making its behaviour consistent with other message types.
- Fixed a problem that could log agents out automatically after they opened the call dialog several times.
- Fixed a problem where switching back and forth between various active cases could result in the contact history not loading correctly.
