At Show Buttons, hover your mouse over the button you wish to move until you see the hand icon, and click and drag it into your preferred order.
Buttons are a useful tool in your chatbot. You can use them to confirm your customer's intent, point to helpful pages related to their query or to give your customer a menu of items to choose from.
When you have multiple buttons in an intent, you might want to change the order where they're presented to your customer. Do this quickly by:
- Hovering your mouse over the button you wish to move until you see point turn into a hand.
- Click, hold and drag the button to your preferred placement in the list of buttons.
- Let go of the mouse button with the button is in the place you want it to be.
Just like that, you can change the order in which buttons are presented to your customers in a particular intent.
