In Omni you can let your agents directly contact a customer using a phone number or an email address.
How does it work
Agents will find a Manual contact button on their interface, when they click it they can then enter a phone number (for call and SMS) or an email. It will then directly take them on the contact if it exist, offer them to choose if multiple contacts already exists with this number/email, or create a new contact.
In case of a call, the call will start immediately as the contact is opened.
Newly created contact can then be saved to the right contact list by the agent.
The Manual contact button can be used on the inbound tab and also on outbound tabs, but each require settings.
