Most of your activity in Omni will be carried out in the "Active" tab on which you land on logging in.
This tab regroup 3 things:
- A dynamic report on the status of the different queues and agents
- Might be customized to your company
- Might be customized to your company
- A recap of the number of active queue
- Hovering with your mouse will show the name of the queues you're serving
- Clicking on it will display the dynamic report
- You might have the option to select your queues, if click the icon on the right to do it.
- The list of active contact you are serving.
- Each row displays:
- the name of the contact
- the channel icon (see history for the detail)
- the subject or beginning of the message
- the queue or campaign it's link to
- Clicking on a contact will display the contact dialog
