Agents can access LeadDesk with different user interfaces. The setting is done on the agent level, and is done by the admin.
This is our newest user interface for agents doing mostly outbound call (although it does have capabilities for inbound calls).
The omnichannel user interface is focused on serving inbound users.
Formerly known as Button.
This is a simplified interface version of the Outbound interface.
This UI mode is for the LeadDesk Mobile application (formerly known as Callstar) users.
Mobile users can only use the mobile app and cannot login using the normal login page at https://login.leaddesk.com/
This is our old Outbound user interface, mainly for doing outbound contacting. This interface is replaced by he new Outbound UI.
