When sending out an e-mail via LeadDesk, you might want the receiving party to see a name instead of an e-mail address.
If so, from your Admin > General Settings > Message templates: you can create a new, or edit an existing template.
From the template, you'll have to change the Sender email address.
First place the name that you want your customer to see, then type your e-mail between less than / great than signs (<>), as seen below in the screenshot (1).
Your e-mails will now arrive at your customers with the name that you put in rather than the e-mail address that you're using.
