LeadDesk Scripts is a LeadApp for LeadDesk Software that enables admins to create and manage call scripts.
From simple reminders to more complex interactive routines, scripts help agents improve call quality, call efficiency and closing rates.
If your campaign has a script enabled you will see the Script tab when you view a Contact Card. The Script tab can be set to open automatically when a call starts.
Scripts vary and are likely to be unique to your organization. As such, your administrator can change the script to fit your needs. A script can contain:
- Regular text
- Different pages when a choice is made
- Checkbox options
- Dropdown menus
- Comments field
- Various compulsory or optional elements
- It may also be many "pages" long.
