LD Admin - Agent doesn't show in the robot overview

As an admin you can see all the agents that should be able to receive phone calls from the Admin > Overview > Robots.

If one of your agents is missing from this tab, please check that:

The agent has LeadDesk VoIP enabled.

From the agent's interface, click the blue VoIP button at the top of the application.
Under "Currently Used VoIP Settings" you should see a 15 digit number username.


If you see anything else, go to Admin > Agents > click on the agent's card > change the "VoIP account" to "Automatic VoIP account".


The agent should log out and log back in.

The agent should be on the inbound tab of the campaign where the robot is attached to.  3.png
