For more information about opening Stagelight and what it shows by default, see What is Stagelight?
Limited release: This article refers to a new feature which is not fully released, to give a preview of what to expect. Contact your account manager if you are interested in early access. This note will be removed once Stagelight is available to all clients.
Filtering for specific offices
By default, Stagelight will show all agents across all offices that you have access to. If you have a lot of offices, you may want to filter the list to focus on just a few.
|
|
The Office field will show how many offices you have selected. Note that, depending on your screen size, Stagelight automatically arranges your office list into columns if you have many offices selected. If you select only a few offices, the view may revert to arranging your offices into one column again. |
Filtering for specific projects
Likewise, within a particular office, you may not be interested in seeing agents working on some projects.

Full screen mode
To minimise the distractions in Stagelight, you can go full screen.
- Click the full screen button
in the top-right of the Stagelight view.
To exit full screen mode, at any time, press the Exc key on your keyboard.
More to come...
The first release of Stagelight as already a powerful tool to help monitor and coach your team of agents. We have big plans for the future of Stagelight with further improvements coming that speak to that core purpose.
