LeadDesk Release 69 – faster list handling in the campaign editor

LeadDesk Software Release 69

LeadDesk release 69 is planned to go live for all customers on May 18, 2016.

Many LeadDesk customers handle a vast amount of contacts, and a large number of corresponding contact lists. We’ve made finding and assigning lists in the campaign editor much faster and easier.

There is a new search function in the contact list pane of the campaign editor. Plus there are performance improvements under the hood that speed up loading and searching time when you have hundreds of lists.

Highlights in r69:

  • Admin > Campaign editor: Efficient handling of contact lists and new contact list search function

Additional fixes and tweaks:

  • Agent > Call: Fixed some visual anomalies on certain set-ups
  • Admin > Inbound > Agents skills: Fixed an error where skills were not assignable under certain conditions
  • All > Log in: Performance improvements for faster LeadDesk log in

 

LeadDesk Release 69.1 change log

  • Admin > Campaign editor: Pre-calculated calling list weights.

Fixes:

  • Admin & Agent > Call-dialog/Contact Card: Company's status values load flawlessly. 
  • Admin & Agent: Call dialog > Callback > Save: Callback creation is possible without the agent_id value. 
  • Admin > Contact Lists > Create: Validate input Max call attempts. 
  • Admin > Inbound > Channels: Call queue calendar Javascript error is fixed. 
  • Admin > Reports > Reports: Fix report filters by converting report urls.
  • Agent > messages: SQL error doesn´t appear when reading messages.  
  • Automatic log out script makes fewer database connections. 
  • Manuscript: Username is shown instead of full name.

LeadDesk Release 69.2 change log

  • Full release: 30.5.2016

New features for all clients:

  • Admin > Inbound: Added "Maximum ringing time for a single agent" and "Missed calls allowed" fields to Inbound Call queue's setting view. 

Fixes:

  • Removed 2 seconds delay when closing contact card in VoIP calling. 
  • Admin > Campaigns > Campaign Editor: limit contact list selection to 300 pcs/campaign. 
  • Admin > Objectives > Product groups > Edit product group: Page title is not localized. 
  • Admin > General Settings: SQL error upon saving E-Mail message template fixed.
