Common error messages and solutions

Here are some error messages that might be found when using LeadDesk Software and the most common solutions:

Application has been configured to use an unsupported SOCKS proxy. Application will now terminate.

An unsupported SOCKS4/5 proxy is defined in the .exe parameters -> Application closes

Check the credentials

No connection to the VoIP configuration server. If a proxy server is in use verify the settings.

Verify that the internet connection is working and your firewall is not blocking the CallMaker.exe application

No playback device found! Please connect USB headset or enable playback device from audio settings. Application will now terminate.
