Q. A call recipient receives a large volume of calls from an agent using LeadDesk Contacts – what is the LeadDesk response?

A. LeadDesk is not responsible for the use of LeadDesk Contacts data. The call recipient should contact the agent/call center that called them. There may be a data error or predictive calling optimization issue and the agent/call center will be eager to correct it.

The LeadDesk customers (e.g. sales organizations, call centers etc.) that use the LeadDesk Contacts service are responsible for their use of the data and compliance with all applicable data protection laws and any other laws.
