If you are planning on using a multi-SIM card with LeadDesk, please note that the call waiting service may disrupt or drop calls.

You can easily deactivate the call waiting service on your phone:

  • Check if you have call waiting service in use:
    Dial *#43#

  • If the service is activated, you'll need to deactivate it:
    Dial #43#

The vertical service codes above will work on most mobile phones. If you have difficulties disabling the service or the codes do not work, please contact your service provider.

To re-activate call waiting service, dial *43#
