I should be on the no-call register – what do I do?

Q. I just got a sales call but I should be on the no-call register* – what do I do?

A. Please contact the agent/call center that called you, and they can add you to their appropriate no-call register. You can also contact your national no-call register, such as the ASML’s Robinson list (Finland), Nix list (Sweden), TPS (UK) etc. These national lists are available to be used by sales organizations and call centers.

*Do-not call lists may be commonly referred to as e.g. no-call registers, call blacklists, DNC lists etc. Different companies may have their own no-call registers, and different countries have their own national lists, such as Robinson (Finland), Nix (Sweden), TPS (UK) etc.
