LeadDesk Release 38 ist am 02 May 2014 eingespielt worden.


Wichtigste Änderungen für alle Nutzer:
    •    Möglichkeit hinzugefügt, nur aktive Agenten im Administrator Interface anzeigen zu lassen.
    •    You can now retain assignments for contacts transferred to another campaign by call ending reason
    •    Call dialog view dial buttons have been improved
    •    Some basic reports have been renewed plus reporting localization improvements
    •    Many incremental quality and performance improvements

New add-on features – contact LeadDesk sales for more info on customization:
    •    Ability for users to select a set of numbers to use as caller ID in campaigns
    •    Admin can add business unit or other organizational properties to campaigns, agents, contact lists and products
    •    New, more effective filtering tool for ContactBank and Contact Update Tool
    •    New WebAPI features and improvements
    •    Several new custom reports and infoscreens
